CHALLENGE
To keep its #1 Acne brand position, Proactiv needs to re-imagine itself so that it can have a broader reach which is more inclusive of all age groups and to be able provide a personalized skin care experience. As they look to expand their brand footprint they want to think about new ways to hook potential buyers and to get them into new subscription products.
